Sometimes our bodies don’t like what we put in them.
3 years ago, I diagnosed myself and realized that my body did not respond well to gluten and grains. I actually had to get rushed to the emergency room several times. The doctors couldn’t give me a definitive answer on what was causing the pains in my tummy. I became nauseous to the point where I just didn’t want to eat anything. They told me that I was constipated.
If you know me. I like to get down to the bottom of things and figure out the issue at hand. I’m a problem solver for sure.
I began to think about it more and more every time I had issues with my tummy. Then I did a few test of my own on myself. I began eating foods and snacks that were high in gluten and grains. Then I would compare them to brands that didn’t have any gluten or grains in them.
REALIZATION kicked in really fast for me. It was accurate that my body disowned brands that contained gluten and grains. I had adapt to changing the way I ate. It was no walk in the park and some days I hated it. The taste just wasn’t right and I always had to look at the ingredients on the back.
Adapting to the taste was for sure horrible but once I switched over; I started finding brands that tailored my taste buds.
And once I changed everything to gluten free and no grains added, I was actually living a healthier lifestyle. I felt better. I felt SAVVY!
Now that I live a healthier eating lifestyle, I’m able to eat gluten and grains sometimes in MODERATION. Had I not jumped on taking care of my body, I would have had so many issues that resulted in serious hospitalization.
If you are struggling with gluten free snacks. Here are a few that actually taste good! You’ll love it!

I ditched gluten and dairy 8 years ago. My energy level went up, brain fog was gone. The best decision I’ve made my whole life.
Hey Rommel! I was actually forced to live a gluten and most of the time grain free lifestyle. I absolutely agree with you on gaining energy that I never had before. It was the best decision I ever made too!
