LESS FOCUSED.
IRRITABLE.
EXPERIENCING BRAIN FOG.
9 times out of 10 all of these symptoms relate to your GUT!
YES! I said it!
Your gut is connected to your brain which obviously controls all the functions in your body.
So, your gut is crying out for help.
If you can maintain a healthy gut, then you’ll also improve your brain health.
…..
Back in 2020, I was rushed to the emergency room because I was experiencing sharp pains in my gut. They couldn’t really figure out was the underlying condition after running so many tests. So, they just gave me something for the pain and what they thought it was just constipation.
After researching so much about gut health, I came to realize that my gut was unbalanced. I just wasn’t able to break down certain foods.
That led me to believe that I did have some type of intolerance to gluten, so I started changing my foods and snacks to make sure they were gluten free.
Well, this worked for a while and then I had to figure out a different solution because my body didn’t respond to gluten foods that still had rice or corn in them.
So, I started the research process again. Learning that prebiotics and probiotics is really good for your gut.
Fast-forwarding…
3 years later I’m still experiencing issues with my gut.
2 more years past by and I’ve finally found something that relieves some of the symptoms I’m experiencing.
Now I still can’t disgust corn but that is just something I will have to live without.
…..
Ok! Let me rear it back in…
GUT HEALTH is important!
Why?
Because without proper nutrition and the right vitamins our guts just AIN’T GONE MAKE IT!
And how are we supposed to be successful SAVVY people if we can’t even function properly?
