It is definitely ok to miss a day.
To take a break from the outside world..
To totally unwind and give yourself that personal day you’ve been yearning for..
Nobody knows the level of GRIT and DETERMINATION you put into getting things done every day but YOU.
And we all need some sort of down time mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Notice that I use these three words often because they are so important.
So sleep in that extra hour..
Go get that treat meal or dessert you wanted..
Watch your favorite show on TV..
Spend a little on those new pair of shoes..
Balance yourself back out because it is perfectly fine to be an introvert for a little while.
Practice what I like to call the “Three R’s.”
RESET. REGROUP. REFOCUS.
Resetting your mind from all negativity and stress.
Regrouping your thoughts to its most clearest and peaceful state.
Refocusing your body to relax your muscles and relieve tension.
Once you’ve given yourself that time to pause for a second.
Then RE-SAVVY..
Re-Savvy your entire being to go total BEAST MODE..
Get yourself back on track so you can continue GRINDING!
But don’t BURNOUT..
Trust me on this! It will and can happen!
I’m all about helping my savvies and working your body down to the bone is not healthy.
So lets work on being better for ourselves. This way, we can go out into the world and be our SAVVIEST ‘SELVES.
What do you do to create room for downtime?
Be SAVVY. Be YOU.

Yes! The power of the 3 R’s. Comfort zone is a sweet spice, but unfortunately nothing grows there.
Ahhh! Sweet spice but I’m glad you have something. Stay Savvy 🧡

This was such a great reminder to set boundaries that allow you to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. It was also a good reminder to create space for new experiences that help you learn, grow, and ultimately flourish.
Wowww! You get me MéChelle! Thank you for that well thought out comment! That is exactly the vibe I was trying to get my savvies to understand. Thank you 🫶🏽
