Let’s Talk Savvy

Hey You!

Let’s Talk Savvy.

I know sometimes we all fall off the wagon and drift into our own little worlds. Not necessarily a bad thing but we always need to get back on that wagon at some point.

Being savvy means staying on point! Making sure we lay down a routine for ourselves and continue to grow in our savviness.

SAVVINESS is the epidemy of hard work and labor that could shape and mold our success as a whole. So YES! We must put in the work and stay on our tippy toes to get everything spiffy. And YES! We are allowed to take a break and self-decompress from all of it.

But first, let’s talk savvy.

Here are a few tips to help you be more savvy:

  1. Reading books and inspirational articles
    • Reading regularly especially in the morning time enhances your brain power allowing you to be on point for the rest of the day.
    • Staying motivated by reading inspirational/motivational articles gets you ready for GO TIME.
    • The more you read the savvier you’ll become.
  2. Networking
    • Build connections with other like-minded people that are willing to put in the work. In others words, surround yourself with people that are going to help you grow.
    • Be attentive and an active listener in conversations. You never know who might be that person that comes in your life and coaches you through your success. YOU NEVER KNOW!
  3. Adapting
    • Adaptability must be established in everything that you do. This skill is one of the most important skills to obtain.
    • Be open to learning new ideas and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
  4. Digital Savviness
    • Have an addiction for sprucing up your technical skills and stay updated on digital tools and platforms.
    • Always protect your personal information by being aware of online security best practices.
  5. Time Management
    • Complete task in a fashionable manner. As an opinion, I always work the less easier tasks first and then maneuver to easy ones.
    • Routine is the key to maintaining time management. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE! GET IT DONE!

Hope these tips were helpful in you becoming more savvy.
