Too much savviness can sometimes wear you down.

In order to continue being our savvy ‘selves. We must take a break and RELAX.

Whether that be reading a book, catching a spa day, or watching your favorite show on TV.

Practicing self care is very beneficial for a healthier, SAVVY YOU!

Take it from me! I had to learn the hard way…I am a busy body that has a hard time taking a break from things that need to be done.

Self-Care Activities

  1. Lay down with your eyes closed in a quiet place to clear your mind.
  2. Take a mental health day.
  3. Cook a healthy meal.
  4. Practice deep breathing.
  5. Dance to your favorite song.
  6. Take a nap.
  7. Do a puzzle.
  8. Move your body in some way, such as running, walking, or lifting weights.

Find apps on your phone to remind you to practice self-care.
