The Drink Alternative

What did you think about my last blog called, “Don’t Be Fooled?”

Pretty insightful, huh?..

I hope it changed your life for the better because I want us to live our SAVVIEST lives to the fullest.

Now that you’ve been educated on how many sugars you should partake in a day. We can move on to next step which is choosing some alternatives.

I try not to drink any sugar, and I avoid it at all cost if I know that I will be having a snack or dessert.

Purchasing SUGAR FREE drinks will help you maintain your sugar intake. Having these on reserve is a MUST because we don’t want any slip ups.

The quicker you add these to your refrigerator the better you’ll be.

REMEMBER..

I want you to live your life the SAVVY way.

If it takes you some time to switch over to zero sugar drinks that is ok.

Tip: If you prefer to drink zero sugar Coke products that is also fine but keep in mind..

If you are a bloater then those drinks will not help the bloating. They are still acidic.

NOW! Lets get right to it…

Here are some sugar free alternatives I love:

Olipop

Olipop has some really clean ingredients that are rare in a soda beverage.

Known Ingredients 👉 Read Here

Glaceau Vitamin Water Zero Sugar

Here are some alternatives that have a few sugars that I love:

Gatorade Zero

Bai – It’s Wonder Water

Bai’s have a great source of electrolytes and antioxidant. It only has 1 gram of sugar. All of their bottles are eco-friendly.

Poppi Soda

Poppi sodas contains prebiotics, apple cider vinegar, and up to 5 grams of sugar.

All of these brands are really great choices. There are others out there but they don’t have the taste.

What are some healthier alternatives that you drink at home? Would love to hear about them in the comment section.

Who do you want to be? How do you want your body to feel?

I hope you chose the more SAVVY approach.

I’m always rooting for you and have your best interest at heart.

  2. Nice recommendations! I think sugar-free is reassuring, typically with fewer calories, which can help with weight management, dental health etc. I think despite whatever your choice, moderation is key 🙂
