Kick Pork to the Curve


I know you’ve heard plenty of times that pork is not the healthiest for you.

But I am going to REITERATE it.

PORK is absolutely not good for our bodies.

In more ways than one.

  1. High in sodium
  2. Overly processed
  3. Causes high blood pressure times ten
  4. Runs the risk of heart disease
  5. Triggers obesity

Check out the hot dogs, salami, and sausage at your local grocery store.

What does it look like to you?..

Most importantly! Check the INGREDIENTS..

They are so processed that they don’t even taste the same anymore.

I instantly get bad headaches from eating this stuff.

After eating it I’m quickly weighed down battling with the guilt.

The UNCLEANLINESS of this animal gets me every single time.

Watching a pig take a bath in mud.

Let that sink in…

They are always dirty and in the hot sun.

All those toxins sweating from their skin.

Pigs carry over 30 diseases and 12 parasites, which are easily transferred to humans.

YIKES!

Yes! Of course.

You can grill the meat to make sure a person isn’t catching any illnesses from the pig.

I absolutely recommend this option..

Find a trusted person that you know that will cook the meat all the way through.

AND for the record.

I get it!

Pig meat is good meat especially if you are trying to make ends meet.

But please LIMIT how much you consume for your bodies sake.

If you aren’t planning on removing pork from your choices of meat.

I’m still rooting for you to live long savvy lives.
