I’ve decided that I will start providing you all with some savvy tips.

They will be real short and sweet.

Meaning straight to the point..

The savviest way to lose weight is through walking and routine.

Walking for at least 15 minutes per day can help you maintain a healthy heart.

If you want to do better for yourself.

It is SIMPLE!

Move around and get your body in FAT BURNING mode.

Being a couch potato will not get you any results.

ANOTHER THING..

Create some type of routine. You can do this in the morning time. Alternatively, you can do it when you get up for the day.

It will help you with time management and sharpen your SAVVY skills.

  1. Love this tip, Kindra! Walking is such a simple but effective way to stay active, and creating a routine really does help keep things on track. 15 minutes is definitely doable.

    • Starting out with 15 minutes will motivate you to push for 20 minutes and so on. Forming healthy habits is better than nothing at all. A person just has to START!

  2. I walk at least ½ hour a day. Another thing that helps is changing one of my daily meals to a protein smoothie. And, I don’t eat or snack between 7pm and 7am.
