Do you really want to know what is bad for you?..

UNHEALTHY SNACKING!..

It gets us into a world of trouble and not to mention most snacks are full of sugar.

I know, I know…

I have constantly hounded my savvies about sugar intake.

But you know why…

We are living in a world where everything is processed and nothing is REAL!

Ingredients are constantly changing in the snacks we grow to LOVE.

Companies are satisfied with feeding us this JUNK!

But we MUST take a stand and pay attention to the ingredients on the back of these items.

Remember I want all of us to live our SAVVIEST lives..

Free from all the things that can be harmful to our bodies.

It is very important that you all take the time to actually read the ingredients and nutrition facts on items.

Yes, the box or container looks super cute or well put together. BUT, that doesn’t necessarily mean the food is healthy.

Companies are good about making items eye catching. Don’t fall for it!

READ THE INGREDIENTS and NUTRITION FACTS!..

Let’s look at an example of what not to buy. Then compare it to a more healthier choice.

Everybody loves YOPLAIT from what I’ve heard.

Yoplait says that the yogurt is made with real fruit. There goes your eye catcher.

REAL FRUIT makes it seem like this is a good healthy yogurt.

The ingredients show that SUGAR is the second main ingredient in this yogurt. Meaning that there is more sugar than any of the other ingredients listed behind it. That is ABSOLUTELY sad!

18 GRAMS of SUGAR in this 6 ounce container of yogurt.

Wowww! And only 5 GRAMS of PROTEIN?..

The Ingredients section doesn’t even list calcium, iron, or potassium which means that there is barely any of it mixed in.

Now lets check out the comparison…

BEHOLD! My favorite yogurt! And you’ll know why once I explain.

This baby is GUILT FREE! You can eat as much as you would like.
